I totally misunderstood the title. To me, “Open mat” has just meant training outside of a formal class with everyone focusing on whatever they want. 🙂
It takes some real stones (or stones in the head) to walk into someone’s school and challenge the teacher. Either way though, brave or stupid, it sounds rude to me. I hope you don’t have to deal with that too often.
So, what was that kick-’em-in-the-nuts waza you were doing? I have to add that to my repertoire for my next test! 🙂

Yes, the title is very misleading. I don’t recommend you use the atararo chudan geri waza (Autrelle d*ck kick) on any formal testing!
